Seafood: There is no fresh seafood supply on Mondays. If you need seafood, please see other delivery days for your area.
Out of stock: If your order is out of stock, we will cancel it for you or replace similar products with your consent. Alternatively we can give you credit for the amount of the out-of-stock items with credit voucher, which you can use when you place an order next time, and there is no time limit. If you need a refund to your bank account, please contact customer service for processing, usually 3-5 working days to arrive in your account
Returns: LondonPinDuoDuo mainly deals in fresh goods, which are basically same-day goods. Please check immediately after receiving the goods. If you have any quality problems, please take a picture and contact customer service within 24 hours after receiving the goods. Please understand that we cannot arrange a return or refund for you if you exceed 24 hours. In addition, the appearance of the enlistment can be seen from quality problems and no peculiar smell. No refunds will be made.

Second redelivery: If the customer contact information / address is wrong, the order is not signed for, your phone does not answer and we are unable to contact you. - 关于退货:拼多多.箩筐拼菜主要经营生鲜货品,基本都是当日货品,请您收货后及时检查。如有质量问题请拍照并于收货后24小时之内联系客服处理,超出24小时请谅解我们无法为您安排退货或者退款。另外入伍外观可见质量问题无异味恕不退货退款。
